Roots- Hair Design by Hannah opened in March of 2022. I was 24 years old when my dream of owning my own business came true.
In February of 2017 I graduated from Douglas J Aveda Institute in Grand Rapids, Michigan. After graduating I returned North to work for Impres Salon Spa in Traverse City. After nearly 4 years of employment with Impres, the salon sadly closed it's doors. In February 2021 I decided to work with family in my hometown of Honor. I continued working with some of the same clientele and managed to gain new clientele along the way. Fast forward to today, I have gained more clientele, maintained the same clientele, and am always looking for new faces to see in my chair.

Cancellation
Policy
While I am unable to charge for no-shows or last minute cancellations, my cancellation policy is as follows:
If possible, I ask that my clients give me at least a 24-hour notice before cancelling their appointment. I send out confirmation texts 48-hours in advance to give my clients time to cancel or change their appointment if needed. I understand that unforeseeable circumstances do occur, but if appointments are cancelled consecutively, a fee will be charged in order to schedule another appointment. Keeping the schedule will result in the fee being deducted from the service, while cancelling again will result in the fee being a cancellation fee.
